Cesar and Thomas both have totally different jobs at VodafoneZiggo: Cesar is a serviceman, Thomas is engaged in sponsoring, for example of soccer club Ajax. One day they set out together, to experience what another position within VodafoneZiggo entails.
'Job shadowing' (in Dutch 'Meelopers') is an initiative of VodafoneZiggo. The goal is to familiarize colleagues with each other's jobs, to highlight the scope of the company and to look at our activities with fresh eyes.
