Jeroen Hoencamp (1966) has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Prior to that, he was appointed CEO of Vodafone Netherlands in September 2016. Between 2013 and 2016 Jeroen was CEO of Vodafone in Great Britain, and CEO of Vodafone Ireland from 2010 to 2012. Jeroen joined Vodafone in 1998 and fulfilled various senior management positions. Earlier in his career he held several senior marketing and sales positions at Canon Southern Copy Machines, Inc. in the US and Thorn EMI/Skala Home Electronics in the Netherlands. Jeroen is a former officer in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. Ritchy Drost (1974) has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VodafoneZiggo since the start on 1 January 2017. Prior to that, he had been Chief Financial Officer and member of the board at Ziggo since 2015. Ritchy joined Liberty Global in 1999 and fulfilled several positions, including being CFO of a former European division of Liberty and being CFO of UPC Netherlands. John van Vianen
John van Vianen (1969) has been Executive Director Business market since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. John has over twenty years of experience in technology, media and telecommunications. He had fulfilled several managerial positions before he was appointed CEO of iBasis in 2009 in the United States. In 2011, John became CEO of KPN Business Market and member of the Executive Committee of KPN. He was in charge of the integration of IT Solutions (formerly Getronics). He studied business economics, specialized in marketing at the University of Tilburg and has a master's degree in Business Telecommunications from the Delft University of Technology. Marcel de Groot
Marcel de Groot (1967) has been Executive Director Consumer market since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Prior to that, Marcel had worked as Director Consumer Market at Vodafone Netherlands since 1 February 2016. He was responsible for all sales, marketing and marketing communication activities. Before that, he held several marketing positions at Vodafone Netherlands and worked as Director Consumer market at Vodafone Ireland for a number of years. Prior to his Vodafone career, he was Marketing Director at Pon Automotive and fulfilled several senior marketing/sales positions at Nuon. He started his career at GlaxoSmithKline. Robin Clements (1971) has been Executive Director Customer Operations (COO) at VodafoneZiggo since 1 June 2017. Robin comes from Achmea where he was responsible for marketing, sales and service in the consumer and small business market of Centraal Beheer and for FBTO. Before that, he had worked for 15 years at KPN in several operational and commercial positions in fixed and mobile telephone and the internet division. When he left KPN he was Vice President of Customer Operations at KPN Mobile where Robin was responsible for the service strategy and operations of the consumer brands. Robin studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam where each year he gives a guest lecture on organizational change. •Nationality: Dutch
Thomas Mulder is Executive Director HR. He joined Vodafone in January 2012 from Accenture where he was HR Director for the Benelux countries. He led the acquisition of Cable & Wireless Worldwide and the launch of Vodafone Group Enterprise from an HR perspective. End 2013 he moved to Germany to complete the acquisition and integration of Kabel Deutschland. In 2015 Thomas went back to Vodafone Netherlands as HR Director to lead in the due diligence of Ziggo. After completion of the VodafoneZiggo Joint Venture he was appointed HR Director for Group Enterprise in December 2016. Eben Albertyn (1975) has been Executive Director Technology since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Previously, Eben had worked for Vodafone Netherlands as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since 1 October 2015, in which role he was responsible for the IT landscape and the network. Before he settled in the Netherlands, Eben held numerous technical positions at telecom providers in Africa. He was, for example, CTO at MTN in South Africa and Group CTO at Airtel Africa in 18 countries. Eben studied at the Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and has a MSc degree in Electronic and Telecoms Engineering. •Nationality: South African
Barbara Jongerden (1975) has been Executive Director External & Legal Affairs since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Prior to that, Barbara had been Director Corporate Affairs & Strategy at Vodafone Netherlands since 2014. In this role she was responsible for strategy, security, legal, regulatory and external affairs. Barbara came to Vodafone in 2012 as Head of Legal Affairs. Before that, she worked for PwC, Corporate Express (now Staples) and Liberty Global, among others. Robin Kroes (1975) has been Executive Director Strategy & Integration since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Prior to that, he was VP Strategy & Integration during the merger of UPC and Ziggo in 2014. He was, among other things, responsible for market strategy, mergers & acquisitions and market intelligence, as well as overseeing the integration of UPC and Ziggo. Before that, Robin was appointed VP Strategy & Corporate Development and member of the Management Team at UPC Netherlands in March 2012, in which role he was also responsible for Content and Product Management, next to Strategy. Before UPC, Robin held several positions at Chellomedia, including VP Commercial, Operations and Corporate Development. Robin studied economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. •Nationality: Dutch
