As of January 2024, Anne Hustinx has joined VodafoneZiggo as Executive Director External & Legal Affairs. In this role, she is responsible for regulatory & public affairs, external communications & stakeholder management, (cyber) security, legal, compliance, risk & privacy. Hustinx also holds the role of General Counsel. In doing so, she succeeds Barbara Jongerden, whose departure was announced in October 2023.
Hustinx has held various roles at Schiphol Group over the past 9 years, most recently that of Chief Procurement Officer and General Counsel. Before Schiphol, she worked at TNT Express (FedEx) and before that at legal companies DLA Piper and CMS.
Hustinx wants to further strengthen the External & Legal Affairs department, so that it better supports and promotes VodafoneZiggo's renewed strategy.
