Thomas Helbo has been appointed per 8 January 2024 as VodafoneZiggo's new Executive Director Technology. He will succeed Eben Albertyn, whose departure was announced in July 2023.
Thomas Helbo brings a wealth of experience spanning various facets of technology and joins VodafoneZiggo as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with the target to continue improving the customer experience at VodafoneZiggo. Coming from a role as Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at TDC NET, before that as COO at JT Global and as the CTO at Tele2 in Sweden, Thomas will help accelerate the transformation of VodafoneZiggo's technology and organization.
In his new role, Thomas spearheads the Technology department, bringing a strong focus on automation and simplification of processes. This drives our refreshed strategy, ensuring VodafoneZiggo customers benefit from secure and seamless connections across our network and IT platforms. Additionally, he will ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancement and operational efficiency.
