hollandsnieuwe is no longer just for mobile services. Today the brand is also launching fixed internet and TV. Since 2011, hollandsnieuwe has shown that telecoms can be simpler and clearer. Now it is bringing that same honesty to the living room. hollandsnieuwe deliberately offers households only the basics: reliable internet and straightforward TV at a good price.

With this launch, hollandsnieuwe is targeting consumers that want all their telecoms sorted simply and digitally. Customers can choose between two internet speeds — 100 Mbit/s or 1 Gbit/s — delivered via the Ziggo network. There is also one straightforward TV package with more than fifty channels, available across multiple devices through the TV app. Everything can be arranged and managed in the hollandsnieuwe app, and subscriptions can be adjusted monthly.

Simplicity in fixed offering
hollandsnieuwe enters the fixed market to meet the need for clear contracts, predictable costs, and suitable internet speeds. Maurice Gilissen, director of hollandsnieuwe: “People are often offered more than they need, wrapped in complexity and sold as choice. We think there’s a simpler way. Many customers only want what they really need, and that is a reliable connection at a fair price. That’s been our approach in mobile for years. Now we’re bringing that same simplicity to fixed.”

The expansion with a fixed offering is a major next step for hollandsnieuwe and is therefore part of VodafoneZiggo’s overall strategy to compete more effectively across the market, using its multi-brand portfolio to serve different customer segments, price points and needs with greater precision.
