The next two editions of the Africa Cup of Nations, the African football championship for national teams, will be broadcast on Ziggo Sport in 2024 and 2025. Football fans can enjoy all matches of the tournament, which will be played in Ivory Coast in 2024, on Ziggo Sport from 13 January. The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, to be played in Morocco in the summer of that year, is also exclusive to the channel.

The Africa Cup is a biennial tournament in which the 24 best football nations from Africa compete for the title. The 34th edition of the tournament was initially scheduled for 2023, but was postponed by a year due to extreme weather conditions in Ivory Coast. This creates the unique situation of the African football championship being held in both 2024 and 2025.

The 34th edition of the tournament, which can be followed and seen in full on Ziggo Sport, will feature Feyenoorders Zerrouki (Algeria) and Minteh (Gambia) among others. In addition, a number of well-known ex-premiership players such as Ziyech, Mazraoui, Amrabat (Morocco), Haller (Ivory Coast), Kudus (Ghana) and Onana (Cameroon) will feature. Well-known international stars like Salah (Egypt), Osimhen (Nigeria) Hakimi (Morocco) and Mané (Senegal) will also compete for the African continent's most important prize.

The Africa Cup matches can be seen exclusively on Ziggo Sport, the Netherlands' sports channel, from 13 January to 11 February. Ziggo Sport can be found on channel 14, on Ziggo GO, or via Ziggo Sport Totaal.
