Today, Ziggo is launching a new national campaign that puts the optimal customer experience at its heart. With the return of Elise Schaap and a playful nod Ziggo emphasises that its network always provides customers with the speed they need for everything they want to do online.

The new campaign builds on the ‘the everything network’ positioning introduced earlier this year. While the focus was initially on the versatility of the network, it now shifts to the customer’s daily experience of actually using it. Whether it’s streaming an action film, video calling without interruptions, gaming in the attic, or running a business smoothly: for customers, it’s all about the assurance that they can do whatever they want online.

Always all the speed you need
The new campaign highlights that the speed required for a seamless experience is the standard at Ziggo. As the first provider to deliver speeds of up to 2 Gbit/s on a large scale, with plans to increase this to 4 and 8 Gbit/s in several cities later this year, Ziggo stands out. Remarkably, Ziggo does not put this technological advantage, or Umlaut’s recognition for the highest download speed, at the centre of the campaign. Instead, the focus shifts to reliability in everyday use. It’s not about the theoretical peak speed but the guarantee that the connection always offers the speed needed at every moment.

Worry-free connection
“Customers must be able to rely on us. With this campaign, we show in a humorous way that we always ensure the necessary speed is available. Whether you’re streaming a fast-paced action film, watching a hospital drama series, or racing a virtual marathon in the attic; we continuously strengthen our network so that customers can fully focus on what’s important to them, without worrying about their speed,” says Mark van Zon, Managing Director at Ziggo.

Familiarity and humour
By bringing back Elise, Ziggo opts for a human approach to connectivity. By linking technological progress directly to customer benefits, such as Wifi Guarantee and a stable, fast connection for the entire family, Ziggo underlines its promise: the network works for the customer, so they can do what they love most online.

The campaign and accompanying commercial can be seen from today on television, radio, online, social media and out-of-home channels.

Ziggo Packages
Ziggo offers internet packages with various speeds:

  • Wifi Start – 100 Mbit/s – €39.50 per month (first 9 months €19.75 per month).
  • Wifi Medium – 400 Mbit/s – €47.50 per month (first 9 months €23.75 per month).
  • Wifi Large – 1 Gbit/s – €55.00 per month (first 9 months €27.50 per month).
  • Wifi Extra Large – 2 Gbit/s – €60.00 per month (first 9 months €30.00 per month).
