Today, Ziggo becomes the first provider in the Netherlands to introduce WiFi Guarantee, ensuring customers have a stable and fast WiFi connection in every room of their home. The guarantee includes an adequate number of WiFi extenders, 24/7 customer support, and free technician service. Consumers can now choose from three new packages at more competitive prices, tailored to the size of their home and their usage needs.
While high-speed internet can be delivered to the front door, thick walls, multiple floors, and an increasing number of connected devices can cause WiFi coverage issues inside the home.

Consumers can select a package based on the square footage of their home and their internet usage, or the desired speed. The WiFi Guarantee also applies to Ziggo's existing customers.
Tailored packages
With WiFi Guarantee, Ziggo responds to the growing demand for reliable in-home WiFi. This solution provides customers with a stable connection, regardless of the number of devices or the layout of their home.

The WiFi packages are available from March 3 at €39.50, €47.50, or €55.00 per month, with each package covered by the WiFi Guarantee.

Business customers
For business customers, Ziggo is also introducing three new packages, ranging from an option for smaller users with up to two free WiFi extenders to a package for larger users with up to three free WiFi extenders. All business packages are covered by the WiFi Guarantee, which includes access to a dedicated customer service contact and free technician service.
