Buying a cup of coffee will be quite a different experience. In VodafoneZiggo's central office, colleagues and visitors get their coffee from a deaf 'barista' who uses sign language to communicate. This way, VodafoneZiggo urges people to be aware of diversity at work.

"Our company wants to be a reflection of society", says Babet Agten, diversity specialist at VodafoneZiggo. "Everyone deserves a chance at a good job, so we offer jobs to people with disabilities."

The Sign Language Coffee Bar is an organisation which helps deaf or blind people find a job. VodafoneZiggo is an advocate of diversity, aquity and inclusion in our workplace and catering company Vermaat brought the 'Gebaarista' (sign language coffee maker) to the VodafoneZiggo office.
