Vodafone today announced its partnership with Storytel, an innovative app with more than 1 million audiobooks and ebooks. With this addition, Vodafone customers can purchase a Storytel subscription directly from Vodafone.

Storytel offers an extensive library of audiobooks and ebooks in a variety of genres, including fiction, non-fiction, literature and more. Customers have access to engaging stories read by professional voice actors. The Storytel app is designed for ease of use, with features such as personalized recommendations and the ability to read and listen anywhere.

Robin Kroes, Executive Director Consumer Markets at VodafoneZiggo, said, "We offer our Vodafone customers a rich and varied entertainment offering, always and everywhere available via smartphone and Vodafone's mobile network. After the success of Blendle, Netflix and Apple Music, Storytel fits perfectly in our strategy to make the most important entertainment services in the mobile domain available to our customers."

Ana Julia "AJ" Ghirello, SVP Global Partnerships at Storytel, said, "We are delighted to launch this partnership with Vodafone. Our large library of high-quality audiobooks, with a variety of local and international titles, is now available to more customers in the Netherlands. This partnership is important for Storytel to continue to grow and provide the world with stories."
