VodafoneZiggo has today published its Integrated Annual Report 2024. Under the theme of ‘Shaping sustainable connections’, the company demonstrates how sustainability is embedded in its strategy, products and operations and shows how, from CO₂ reduction and circular electronics to network innovation and digital accessibility, 2024 was a year of tangible progress.
Investing in networks, services and customer experience
VodafoneZiggo invested 21% of its annual revenue in its networks, products and customer experience in 2024. This included further network modernisation, a new converged app for Vodafone and Ziggo customers and the introduction of AI technologies in customer contact activities. With a wide range of sports and entertainment offerings on various platforms, VodafoneZiggo continued to delight its customers. The company’s exclusive UEFA broadcasts regularly attracted more than 1 million viewers, while the number of subscribers to Ziggo Sport Totaal also increased significantly during the year.

VodafoneZiggo made its products and services even more accessible to people with disabilities in 2024. In close collaboration with partners, improvements were made in areas such as on-screen colour contrasts, navigation and ease of use. This strive for accessibility has also been implemented as much as possible in the annual report.
Further improving on environmental performance
