Let me hear you say Yeah! You’re going to be hearing this familiar exclamation from 2Unlimited's 90s classic ‘No Limit’ a lot from now on. This is because VodafoneZiggo is launching a new campaign on Monday 2 October to raise its profile as an employer. In the current tight labour market, the company is almost continuously looking for employees of all education levels and in all age categories. Technicians, ICT specialists, shop assistants and help desk employees are particularly scarce.
With this striking and swinging campaign, the company aims to get the attention of talent in diverse target groups. The doors are open to new colleagues and "Let me hear you say Yeah!" is the invitation for this. VodafoneZiggo developed this campaign together with Kaliber.
Successful producer Bas Bron created a remake of 2Unlimited's ‘No Limit’ for the campaign. The bold video clip that accompanies it gives viewers an insight into the opportunities and working atmosphere at VodafoneZiggo. It is a diverse and inclusive company where 30 nationalities can be found walking around the workplace.
Executive Director HR Thomas Mulder: "VodafoneZiggo focuses on its employees and their unique qualities. The people who work here love to be challenged and are able to genuinely enjoy that too. The music video features our own employees and they really communicate that philosophy of ‘enjoy the challenge’. This campaign is therefore an enthusiastic invitation to say ‘Yeah’ to the opportunities to grow and develop that are available to everyone here."
Remake and music video
To incorporate this classic 90s hit into the video, a remake of ‘No Limit’ was created especially for the campaign. Bas Bron is best known as the producer of De Jeugd Van Tegenwoordig (The Youth of Today). For the accompanying music video, VodafoneZiggo teamed up with producers Jonas Beck and Caio Silva. Two young but already well-established names. They are known for their work for Bizzey, Frenna, Ronnie Flex and many others. The two-minute ‘No Limit’ video lets the audience experience the world of VodafoneZiggo in a unique way. Almost all the actors in the clip actually work at VodafoneZiggo.
