VodafoneZiggo has been named a 2026 Atlassian Impact Maker at Team ’26 Europe in Amsterdam. This international recognition is awarded to organisations leading the way in how teams collaborate, grow and create impact with AI.
VodafoneZiggo joins a global group that includes Google Cloud, Morgan Stanley, Santander, Stellantis, Barclays, Daimler Truck and Amadeus. The award is a strong recognition of the steps VodafoneZiggo is taking to use AI in a practical and scalable way in everyday work.
Working smarter (together) with AI
What started by improving the way marketing works has grown into a new way of collaborating for business, engineering and technology teams. With Rovo, Loom and the Teamwork Graph, VodafoneZiggo brings information, people and work together. This helps teams find information faster, align more effectively and track initiatives from intake to delivery, including dependencies and risks. The result: less duplicate work and administration, less time spent chasing updates, and more focus on the customer. This new way of working is also reflected in usage. In five months, the number of AI agent interactions grew from 100 to 2,000. The number of active AI users increased fivefold.
“With Atlassian tools such as Rovo and Loom, our AI adoption increased 20-fold in just five months. The number of active AI users even increased fivefold. But what is really exciting to see is what this means in practice: we do far less duplicate work, spend less time on administration and can focus on what really matters: our customers.”
- Belinda Gerdt, CMO B2B at VodafoneZiggo
VodafoneZiggo at Team ’26
During the Atlassian Conference, Belinda Gerdt and Basak Erdogan, Technical Platform Lead, will share how VodafoneZiggo identifies where AI can truly add value. They do not start with the technology, but with the question: where is the greatest friction in everyday work? From there, VodafoneZiggo builds tailored Rovo agents that help teams work together faster and smarter. This approach has delivered measurable results and recognition. VodafoneZiggo has been honoured with the Atlassian Impact Maker Award.
Impact Maker Award
The Impact Maker Award is a personal recognition for Belinda Gerdt, but it also highlights the teamwork of all colleagues who contributed to the AI transformation, including Basak Erdogan and the business and technology teams involved. With this approach, VodafoneZiggo shows what is possible when AI is not separate from daily work, but becomes part of it. Teams collaborate faster, spend less time on administration and create more space for what truly matters: the customer.
